The navigation vessel monitoring system employs long-range sensors capable of covering distances of approximately 600 meters between the light emitter and the receiver. When a vessel passes through the sensor area, an alarm sound and flashing light will notify the workboat. The infrared light emitted from the light emitter enters the receiver. The line connecting the light emitter and the receiver is the alarm line.
